Meet Our Founder

James Pattarettu brings 14 years of combined construction education and field experience to every home inspection. He graduated from UNLV's College of Engineering and has built dozens of homes for Fortune 500 companies, so he knows how homes are supposed to be built and where things go wrong.

He holds the Certified Master Inspector (CMI) designation, the highest professional credential in the home inspection industry. Earning it takes years in the business, a high volume of completed inspections and ongoing continuing education, which means your home is being inspected by someone who has seen just about every problem a house can have.

“Taking care of my clients is my #1 priority. This is why I take my time during your inspection and I’m available for questions about the report after I leave. Construction and building science is my passion and I love learning all about it that I can. Even more than that, I love simplifying what I’ve learned to help others understand and get the most out of their homes.” – James Pattarettu
