Pre-Drywall
A pre-drywall inspection happens after the framing, plumbing, electrical and HVAC are installed, but before the walls are closed up. It's the only chance to see what will be hidden behind the finished walls. Once you introduce us to your builder's sales team, we'll take care of the rest. Building timelines can change quickly, so we recommend connecting us with your builder as early as possible.
Our Team
Our team has performed thousands of inspections and is led by James Pattarettu, a Certified Master Inspector. Every inspector is licensed and certified, and every inspection goes through our internal quality assurance process before it reaches you. You'll have your report within 24 hours of the inspector leaving the home.
Your Inspection
You're welcome to attend the inspection, but our happiest clients usually arrive at the end for a wrap-up and walkthrough with the inspector. If you're unable to attend, your inspector is available to review the report with you by phone once it's delivered.
