Enterprise became an unincorporated town in 1996 and is governed by Clark County. It covers about 66 square miles and had more than 220,000 residents in the 2020 census. Most homes were built from the late 1990s on, with Mountain's Edge starting construction in 2004.

Many homes here are now 20 to 25 years old and still have their original water heaters, air conditioning and furnaces, so we pay close attention to their age and condition. In the newer sections, we tend to find builder workmanship items and grading or drainage problems.
