Cadence Home Inspection

The Area

Cadence covers about 2,200 acres and is planned for more than 12,000 homes, from single-family houses to townhomes and duplexes. It is built around a nearly 50-acre Central Park and has hundreds of acres of open space, with the River Mountains and Lake Mead close by.

What We See Here

Most homes here are new or only a few years old. What we usually find are builder workmanship items, grading and drainage that sends water toward the house, and attic insulation that is thin or uneven. These are easiest to get fixed while the home is still under the builder warranty.
