Every builder handles outside inspections a little differently. Once you introduce us to your builder's sales team, we'll take care of the rest. Timing and access are arranged directly with the builder so your inspection is completed before closing.
Our Team
Our team has performed thousands of inspections and is led by James Pattarettu, a Certified Master Inspector. Every inspector is licensed and certified, and every inspection goes through our internal quality assurance process before it reaches you. You'll have your report within 24 hours of the inspector leaving the home.
Your Inspection
You're welcome to attend the inspection, but our happiest clients usually arrive at the end for a wrap-up and walkthrough with the inspector. If you're unable to attend, your inspector is available to review the report with you by phone once it's delivered.
