Summerlin covers 22,500 acres on land Howard Hughes bought in 1952, and the first residents moved in in 1991. It has about 127,000 residents, more than 300 parks and more than 200 miles of trails. Homes include single-family houses, gated golf communities, townhomes and condos.
What We See Here
Homes from the early 1990s may have polybutylene water lines and aging original air conditioning. Homes from the 2000s often still have their original water heaters. In the newest villages, we tend to find builder workmanship items worth sending to the builder.
