Our mission is to help home buyers make the most informed decision that they can when buying a home. We do this by being knowledgeable about construction practices and methods, taking our time with inspections, making detailed reports, and reviewing the report in detail with our clients so they have a full understanding of the home. We’ve accomplished our mission when our clients know we have their best interest in mind, know we took our time, know we’re knowledgeable, know we’re detailed, and know that we’re communicated things in a manner that they understand and is meaningful.

About: James Pattarettu has 14 combined years of construction education and hands-on experience. He graduated from UNLV’s College of Engineering and has built dozens of homes for Fortune 500 Companies. James is committed to making the inspection process simple, yet detailed and thorough for his clients.
